Siscodata è lieta di annunciare un nuovo nato in casa COMAU.Comau ha infatti presentato Racer 3, un nuovo robot che è il capostipite di una nuova famiglia di robot piccoli e potenti. Con questa proposta Comau amplia la propria offerta andando a proporre soluzioni per un segmento di mercato, quello dei robot di piccola taglia, che rappresenta il 16% del mercato totale dei robot e che è destinato a crescere significativamente nei prossimi cinque anni.

Racer 3 è un robot veloce e preciso: ha 6 assi ed è caratterizzato da una portata al polso di 3 kg e da uno sbraccio di 600 mm. Costruito con leghe di alluminio e magnesio, pesa solo 30 kg e offre una ottima rigidità strutturale.

Il robot offre performance di alto livello: sottoposto a un benchmark di settore,nei confronti dei competitori offre un altissima velocita’ (0.35 secondi per un ciclo pick & place con 300 mm e su/giu di 25 mm ) a livello di una cinematica Delta con il vantaggio di un 6 assi ed un prezzo di circa la meta’.

 Successo di pubblico a IPAK IMA dove Siscodata presentava una fabbrica robotizzata nel packaging .Nell'area che simulava il fine linea di imballo di una fabbrica robotizzata ,si alternavano al lavoro ad alta velocita' ,da un delta robot ABB nuovo modello con 8 kg di payload per inserire dolci e prodotti da forno in vassoi ad un modulo di inserimento molto compatto (1.5 metri x 1,5 ) con un robot COMAU Racer che inseriva lattine di olio extra vergine in scatole americane .Un terzo robot Racer mostrava il riempimento di scatole con bottiglie e doypack -buste

Un quarto robot mostrava la palletizzazione delle scatole preparate dagli altri  3 robots e quindi mostrava la possibilita' di utilizzare il robot stesso per un magazzino a 400 posizioni ad alta velocita' di creazione dell' order picking .

L'affluenza e l'interesse sono stati notevoli e anche se a causa della situazione si è notata la mancanza di visitatori da certi paesi in crisi o in guerra purtuttavia l'apprezzamento è stato unanime e le richieste dal mercato italiano notevoli .

Public success in IPAK IMA where Siscodata presented a robotized factory packaging .The area was simulating the end of line packaging of a robot factory, took turns to work at high speed , a delta robot ABB new model with 8 kg payload to enter sweets and bakery trays in an module very compact (1.5 x 1.5 meters) with a robot COMAU Racer999 that it was inserting cans of extra virgin olive oil in American boxes .A third robot Racer was showing the filling of boxes with bottles and doypack -bags.
A fourth robot was shown palletizing boxes prepared by the other three robots and then it was demostrated the possibility of using the robot itself for an automatic  warehouse up  to 400 positions with an high-speed creation of "order picking" capacity .The turnout and interest have been remarkable and although because of the situation there has been a lack of visitors from certain countries in crisis or at war nevertheless was unanimous appreciation and requests from the Italian market significant.

Siscodata ha realizzato una nuova testa etichetta spellicolatrice di etichette oversize fino e piu' di 500 mm / 20 inches a coprire una nicchia di mercato per la quale non erano a disposizione finora dispositivi .

Con la crisi economica in corso molti supermercati della GDO procedono con contine nuove offerte per attrarre clienti sempre piu' attenti al prezzo .

Un modo di attrarre questa clientela sempre piu' esigente consiste nel fare promozione tramite combo con multipacchi,ovvero offrire con un packaging economico ed attraente 3 pezzi al prezzo di due e simili combinazioni multiple La confezione deve essere multipla e avere possibilmente un manico di trasporto ( handler ) a basso prezzo .

Attualmente queste promozioni ,essendo estemporanee e rare ,erano gestite dalle societa' produttrici tramite terzisti , ovvero tramite cooperative che effettuavano l'operazione di packaging in modo manuale tramite lavoratori e mano d'opera a basso costo durante il periodo della campagna.

 

Nel momento che con la crisi, queste campagne pubblicitarie si sono incrementate a dismisura ecco quindi la necessita ' di avere un sistema veloce ed economico per produrre questi pacchi promozionali .

Siscodata ha affrontato il problema da differenti punti di vista ,accertato quindi dopo un'analisi di mercato che non esistevano etichettatrici sopra i 330 mm e linee di produzione di siffatti pacchetti multipli ha creato sia la testa di etichettatura in grado di gestire etichette lunghe fino a 500 mm gestendole dal lato largo per garantire un alta velocita ' da 60 a 100 ppm max . I manici sono generalmente larghi 1-2 pollici max (20- 50 mm) .

 

Nello stesso tempo è stata creata una macchina che colleziona in ingresso i prodotti (tipicamente provenienti da flowpack ) crea il multipacco nel quantitativo e orientamento richiesto dal marketing del cliente e quindi dopo averli compattati provvede ad applicare a cavaliere l'etichetta riunendoli lasciando pero' (aggiustabile con un parametro ) anche lo spazio per inserire la mano .

Siscodata has created a new label strip tha it applies labels oversized with a witdh ofmore of 500 mm / 20 inches to cover a market niche for which were not available so far devices.

With the current economic crisis many supermarkets of great distribution GDO proceed with contine new offers to attract more and more customers price-conscious.

One way to attract this customers more and more demanding,it is to do promotion through combo with multipacks, as offering an economical and attractive packaging for example of 3 pieces for the price of two and similar and multiple combinations.

The package must be multiple and possibly have a carrying handle ( handler) at a low price.

Currently these promotions, being occasional and rare, were handled by the companies manufacturing by contractors, or by cooperatives who carried out the operations of packaging ,manually by workers and labor at low cost during the campaign period.

During the crisis these campaigns have increased dramatically here is therefore the need to have a fast and inexpensive way to produce these promotional packages.

Siscodata has approached the problem from different points of view, and then, after a market analysis established that there was no labeling above 330 mm width and lines of production of such multiple packages .Therefore it has created both: the labeling head and the preparation handler applicator.The labeller that can handle long labels up to 500 mm managing them from the wide side to ensure a high speed at 60 to 100 ppm max. The handles are generally large 1-2 inch max (20- 50 mm) ,just the piece to stay in the hand.

At the same time we have created a machine that collects input products (typically from flowpack) creates the multipack in quantity and the orientation required by the customer marketing .Then after being compacted the label it is applied horse back so the label joint and glue them .Thanks a tool the machine leaves also the space for inserting the hand.( adjustable with a parameter)

La serie WP15 è costituita da macchine automatiche per il confezionamento di contenitori di plastica, metallo o vetro in scatole di cartone ondulato e/o vassoi senza film. I vassoi possono essere ottagonali o rettangolari, con bordi della medesima altezza o di altezze diverse.

         Le cartonatrici della serie WP raggiungono velocità fino a 60 pacchi per minuto in ingresso, in funzione del modello scelto e del tipo di prodotto.
I formati realizzabili variano in base alla forma, alla capacità ed alle dimensioni dei contenitori; in genere le configurazioni più richieste dal mercato sono: 2x3, 3x4 e 4x6. DOUBLE PALLET OVERLAPPED BY ROBOT- Doppio pallet sovrapposto con robot

 

Siscodata has created a new version of her palletizer system in order  to realize for the American market  for  containers 40" a double pallet overlapped of 1.2 meter each of height .The system with this upgrade is in condition to deposit over the first pallet once arrived to one meter another wood  pallet  that the robot will have picked up from the silos .

The resulting groupage it is very stable and the following stretch film application improve again the stability.

 Siscodata ha  recentemente ha creato una nuova versione del suo sistema palettizzatore robotico per realizzare per il mercato americano e container40 piedi un doppio pallet sovrapposto di 1,2 metri di  altezza . Il sistema con questo aggiornamento è in condizione di depositare sul primo pallet,volta raggiunto un metro di altezza un'altra paletta di legno che il robot avrà prelevato dai silos.
Il groupage risultante è molto stabile e la successiva applicazione del film estensibile non fa che migliorare ancora la stabilitàdel prodotto.

New high speed palletizer for sunflower oil tin can and boxes

Siscodata ha realizzato per un importante produttore Turco di olio di semi di girasole un doppio palletizzatore con produttivita' per 5 linee per complessive 50 scatole al minuto .

Siscodata has realized for a leader Turkish manufacturer of sunflower seed oil with a double robotic palletizer with a total productivity from 5 lines up to  a total of 50 boxes per minute.
The line can work with Euro pallet (800 x1200) or English pallet 1000 x1200  ans the height of the pallet can be over 2400 mm .The system will be connected at the exit with an existing stretch wrapping with rotating arm and it is provided with a new high resolution CCD camera to read on fly the ID bar code  (also under the shruk fim and reprint the pallet label applying automatically .

Siscodata ha realizzato per un leader produttore Turco di olio di semi di girasole con un doppio pallettizzatore robotizzato con una produttività totale da 5 linee fino a un totale di 50 scatole al minuto.La linea può funzionare con Euro pallet (800 x1200) o in inglese pallet 1000 x1200 ans l'altezza del pallet può essere superiori a 2400 mm .Il sistema sarà collegato in uscita con un wrappin tratto esistente con braccio rotante e viene fornito con un nuova telecamera ad alta risoluzione CCD a leggere l'intero codice a barre ID (anche sotto il fim shruk e ristampare l'etichetta pallet applicando automaticamente

New navigational system for indoor Yellow Turtle YW the shuttle that runs in your plant bringing up to 50 kg and serving the work station

 

Un nuovo sistema di navigazione LIDAR con nuovo software molto piu' preciso , oltre a estesa autonomia con reali 8 ore di lavoro continuo caratterizzanola nuova versione denominata YW Yellow Turtle nata dalla collaborazione tra Siscodata e la tedesca Neobotix ormai stabilita da tempo .

ça nuova versione risulta adatta per interni con  una gestione precisa ed in estrema sicurezza .Il sistema laser risulat ora estremamente stabile e il carico di max .50 kg permette di servire in tranquillita' piu utenze .Con alcuni semplici accorgimenti come una pista non sconnessa (vedi foto) e una tettoia di riparo puo' anche essere usato all' esterno in tranquillita' trasportando piccoli manufatti e  pezzi non finiti  tra capannoni con diverse lavorazioni .

La non necessita' di disporre piste magnetiche od altro sempifica notevolmente l'istallazione che risulta possibile ancje in edifici con pistrelle sul pavimento senza dover fare modifiche (vedi foto).
Il nuovo guscio oltre ad essere di aspetto estetico piacevole e' impermeabile e estremamente robusto .In allegato anche il video dello schermo del computer di riferimento dello stesso percorso del video nella realta'.

​il sistema preleva e rilascia in tempi brevi praticamente senza lasciare traccia (vedi allegato clip video) ​.

​La pinza è creata in modo da avere una pa​rte

 cambiabile monouso ,facilmente sostituibile dopo qualche migliaio di P&P a costi irrisori o lavabile ​con

​ uso alimentare.
La parte in metallo è in acciaio INOX mentre le altre parti sono in plastica non tossica.​

La parte meccanica del dispositivo à costituita da un motore elettrico che trasforma un azionamento a vite e tramite esso si estende o si ritrae la spatola metallica.
Avvolto intorno alla spatola vi  un nastro trasportatore fissato all'estremitа superiore
ed arrotolato a tamburo (con un tenditore a molla) in corrispondenza dell'estremitа inferiore.
Mentre la spatola si estende, il nastro deve scorrere attorno al bordo in movimento verso l'alto,
raccogliendo la sostanza vischiosa (goop) nel processo. Il materiale non viene spinto via dalla spatola
perchè la cinghia deve muoversi al doppio della sua velocitа, quindi in realtа viene a contatto con una
superficie che si ritira. Il contrario avviene quando la sostanza (goop) è depositata.
