CROATIAN EXHIBITION FOR BAKERY PRODUCTS / FIERA IN CROAZIA DEDICATA AI PRODOTTI PER LA PANIFICAZIONE E LA PASTICCERIA

Tim Zip d.o.o., company with great experience in the bakery supplies and new partner of Siscodata, has entered in the market of robotics automation. 



In the Croatian Exhibition Siscodata has presented a new BAKERY ROBOTICS CELL in which the Comau Racer is able to handles, through different physical gripper principles, different bakery products such as breadsticks, bread, croissant, donuts, flatbreads, tarts with marmelade and cream, vol au vent, snacks in flowpack packages, etc. The principles shown are also adequate for higher productivity lines. Moreover, the solutions shown are also available with ABB robot (like Flexpicker).

Siscodata positioned, in the cell, a simulating oven plate coming from the cooking. This Teflonated plate is also useful to show the precision of products repositioning after the picking. Not only it is shown the picking of different kind of products (both for dimensions and materials), but also the activity of placing delicate and fragile products without damaging seeds or creamy and marmalade topping.

Different products are located on the plate in different fixed positions. The robot uses different tools for different type of products as demo of different physical principles. For example a donut (that have a hole in the middle) cannot be lifted by a vacuum. Moreover, the sugar or the sesame seeds of cakes, cookies or breadsticks can be aspirated inside the pump system with damage... so it is not possible to use vacuum gripper. In this case it is used a particular fin fish gripper or other gripper specific for creamy and marmalade cover pastry: so, the tools are all differents.

The robotic cell demonstrates 3 different kinds of tool in action and, to do this, the robot shows the bakery products handling by changing the gripper automatically depending on the product to pick.

Siscodata ha, in questa occasione, presentato una nuova cella robotizzata dedicata a prodotti per la panificazione e la pasticceria nella quale il Racer di Comau è in grado di movimentare, attraverso principi fisici di presa diversi, prodotti da forno completamente differenti tra loro, come grissini, pane, croissant, ciambelle, focacce, crostate con marmellata e crema, vol au vent, spuntini in confezioni flowpack, ecc.. I principi mostrati sono utilizzabili anche su linee produttive ad alta intensità. Inoltre, le soluzioni indicate sono disponibili anche con robot ABB (es. Flexpicker).

La piastra teflonata, posizionata da Siscodata all'interno della cella, simula l'arrivo della stessa piastra dalla zona cottura alla zona di presa ed è anche utile per mostrare la precisione del robot nel riposizionare i prodotti sulla teglia dopo la presa. Non solo viene mostrata la presa di prodotti diversi (per forma e materiale), ma anche il riposizionamento di prodotti fragili e delicati senza che abbiano segni di danneggiamento (anche sulle superfici ricoperte da crema o marmellata).

I diversi prodotti si trovano sulla teglia in diverse posizioni fisse. Il robot utilizza pinze diverse a seconda della tipologia di prodotto da prendere come dimostrazione dei diversi principi fisici utilizzati. Ad esempio una ciambella (che ha un foro al centro) non può essere sollevata tramite ventosa. Inoltre, lo zucchero o i semi di sesamo di torte, biscotti o grissini possono essere aspirati all'interno del sistema di pompa generando danni... quindi non è possibile utilizzare una pinza con vuoto. In questo caso viene utilizzata una particolare pinza con dita molto flessibili o pinze specifiche per superfici coperte da marmellata o crema: gli strumenti di presa sono, perciò, tutti differenti. 

La cella robot mostra 3 diversi tipi di strumenti in azione ed il robot, per movimentare i diversi prodotti utilizza un sistema di cambio pinza automatico.

Innovation palletizer of textile rolls with robot running on slide +AGV .Innovativo palletizzzatore di rotoli di tessuto con robot mobile su slitta

Siscodata ha realizzato a Los Angeles un innovativo impianto di palletizzazione basato su robot COMAU PAL da 260 kg e 3 metri di braccio.Il robot è dotato di robusta pinza in acciaio INOX in grado di sollevare e posizionare con delicatezza rotoli di piu di 2000 mm di lunghezza e 70 kg.

I pallet in plastica rinforzata con barre di ferro sono fuori standard europeo da 1400 x 1400 mm.

L' area robot risulta collegata da un unita' di singolarizzazione alla macchina di imballo ed i rotoli in arrivo mischiati come colore ed SKU vengono identificati in ingresso da un sistema ID di scanner laser che creano il link alla posizione pallet.

Nella successiva stazione il robot montato su una slitta motorizzata che è configurata come suo asse aggiunto garantendo così un alta velocità e brusche accelerazioni.

Una volta che i pallet di tipo "cross" sono completati vengono scaricati ed inviati con AGC (automatic Guided Cart) alle docking areas di spedizione.

Nella impianto sono gestite 8 aree di palletizzazione per altrettanti SKU tramite 2 AGV.

L'area puo' essere facilmate trasformata per gestire 8 differenti SKU e pallet mono prodotto di scatole o bundles. 

  

Siscodata realized recently  in Los Angeles an innovative system based on palletizing robot COMAU PAL 260 kg with 3 meters arm.Thel robot is equipped with  a robust stainless steel gripper tool that can lift and place gently rolls of more than 2000 mm length and 70 kg weight.

The plastic pallets are reinforced with iron bars inside and have a non European standard of 1400 x 1400 mm. 

The robot area  is connected by a joined singulation unit  to the packaging film wrapper machine.
Rolls incoming are mixed as color and SKU and  are identified in an automatic  input station  by a system ID of laser scanners that reads under the polyethylene film to create the link to the pallet location.

In the following station the robot mounted on a brushless motorized slide that is configured as its axis so ensuring  an high speed and sudden acceleration.

Once the pallet of "cross type" for higher stability are completed the  are downloaded and sent with AGC (Automatic Guided Cart) to the docking areas for shipping.

In the facility are managed 8 areas of palletizing for as many SKU by 2 AGVs.

DOUBLE PALLET OVERLAPPED BY ROBOT- Doppio pallet sovrapposto con robot

 

Siscodata has created a new version of her palletizer system in order  to realize for the American market  for  containers 40" a double pallet overlapped of 1.2 meter each of height .The system with this upgrade is in condition to deposit over the first pallet once arrived to one meter another wood  pallet  that the robot will have picked up from the silos .

The resulting groupage it is very stable and the following stretch film application improve again the stability.

 Siscodata ha  recentemente ha creato una nuova versione del suo sistema palettizzatore robotico per realizzare per il mercato americano e container40 piedi un doppio pallet sovrapposto di 1,2 metri di  altezza . Il sistema con questo aggiornamento è in condizione di depositare sul primo pallet,volta raggiunto un metro di altezza un'altra paletta di legno che il robot avrà prelevato dai silos.
Il groupage risultante è molto stabile e la successiva applicazione del film estensibile non fa che migliorare ancora la stabilitàdel prodotto.

Interpack 2014 has come to an end! ...lot of interest and of people on the new Packer SIS300 presented

 After seven exciting and successful trade fair days, the world’s leading trade fair is arrived to the end! The affluence of people passed the record up to 175.000 visitors.
 

Interest in Interpack 2014  was tremendous – both exhibitors and visitors were extremely satisfied, and all signs point to very successful post-trade fair business. 

Boasting a percentage of foreign visitors of as much as 66%, interpack 2014 has not only set a new record for itself but also a top rating across all Messe Düsseldorf events. Visitors from 120 nations in total travelled to Düsseldorf.

2,700 exhibitors from more than 60 countries will present their latest ideas, innovate concepts and technological visions at interpack - not only in equipment and machinery for packaging and processing, but also in production tools for packaging materials, materials themselves, and services for the entire industry.

A lot of interest and visitors  for the new Siscodata product SIS300 robotic module developed in collaboration with SIAT Maillis Group. 

 The unit fill up an empty space in the Maillis SIAT range of machines between the new  carton erector and the top sealer.carton erector and the top sealer.

The system can handle different type of 
materials at a speed up to 120 ppm dependingon matrix / array size  depositing also latyer over mayer with paper.-carton 
separator interlayer.

The footprint of the full system is 5mt x 3.5 mt 
but we are working to reduce again the size for the simpler system.

At hthe end a jet ink smart system can mark at low cost your box product also with logo and barcode.

The robot lifting payload is in different range from 3 kg - 7 kg  - 16 kg -25 kg- 40 kg. covering a wide range of products and weight.

The different gripper system from vacuum to mechanical fingers can manage a large variety of products from bags to ceramics ,and from textile to plastic .

Special attention it has been put in the development of food product handling from salami slice to pasta
and bakery .

The base unit can arrive to the accumulation of the boxes sealed but an upgraded version handle in the dead time with the same robot the palletizing too.

MULTIPLE BOX SIZES CARTON ERECTOR - LCE Soluzione automatica per creazione in linea di differenti tipi di scatole da una sola formatrice

Siscodata has furthly evoluted and reduced in dimension too his automatic robotic machine able to create up to 5 sizes of carton. The first system of this type was presented in the FAST fair in Verona (Italy) in the 2001 and from that time many improvement and application has been installed and still working. Systems with 2 or 3 sizes of box erected at the same time have been installed at the beginning of 2000's years and are still working in Zucchi-Bassetti Textile and MGM electrical motor manufacturer (see below Zucchi-Bassetti 2005 plant).

During these years Siscodata has constantly improved its LCE (Large Case Erector) system  in production by year 2000, increasing the speed and the performance and reducing the area space.

Now a new fully updated system has been created in a smaller space (from 2 x 2.8 meter), with capacity up to 5 box/minute and the capacity to work a full pallet of stacked carton boxes without stop also meanwhile loading more cartons.

A special device has been added to let the robot that it runs also  while the operator is reloading  the cartons with the door opened.Thank to this the operation is done  in full safety (CE rules) leaving the robot arm working.

More of 1 meter stacked carton can be loaded into the silos  so the operation it is unfrequent too.
Another future  of the new system it is that can oprate also on very large size of cartons  like in use for example on the new Plasma or LED TV set of 40 " or more .

The total max width+lenght of the box can be 1.200L x 350 W mm or combination of the 2 dimensions L+W up a total of 1550 mm.
As said the area for 1 only size is about 2000 x 2.800 mm with a minimum ceiling of 3.5 mt approximately.

The robot used into the area  is a new generation series COMAU (group FIAT CHRYSLER car) high speed 6 axis but can be also an ABB robot

An LCA-5 size area ,as shown here at left ,can supply with different LOGOs or different sizes many lines of production  with the different size or type (can be different Logo) and distribute to the production line in an intelligent way .

The line receives from the PLC supervisor of the line the request to produce on carton for that line as the accumulaion buffer of empty boxes goes under minimum quantity anomalies.The signals can be sent  through 5 clean contact sor by ethernet connection.

Low bottle production line from 2000 up to 6000 bph can now be produced in a very short space 5 meter x 3 by the new SIS300 packer module

The line can so produce Europallet of 1.4 mt height  and the robot is sharing is time between filling by P&P  the box and the palletizinfg of 2 or more boxes closed .

Siscodata new development of a small & compact area of 8 x 5,4 mt including everything :

The bags are running in accumulation after the cleaning from dust  and a dedicated double diverter creates the matrix (typically 3x4,2x 6 etc. ) that the robot P&P into the box .The compact module can work with bags or bottle ,drum,jerrycan,etc.
In case of bottle and additional optional device MIA (module for inserting nest) permit to complete the line also with automatic part before the sealer .
The bags in box can be inserted flat laying down or vertical like for a supermarket display.

TOP TRAY LID for wet wipe -Applicatore robotizzato di coperchietti su buste salviettine umidificate

Arriving to a top max speed of 90 pcs/minute the new Siscodata  robotic system to apply top tray lid on wet wipe bag  has to be considered a machine that can be installed in one day once unpacked .
The line is assembled in one block on Vulkolan wheels  to start up and run it is enough to  connect the power and the air at 6 Bar  and teaching to the camera system the LID shape and the position of hot melt glueing the system becames ready to run.

A labeller applies the logo label on the lid during the transit on the pocket transportation in the station following the  denester.  An HMI in connection with the Siemens PLC S7 permits to arrange easily the different types and to manage the shape of the spray dots..before the application .
A special patch in the program permits to test on one single top lid bringing later in a check visula control by the human operator
A new Siscodata denester with 3 adjustable positive motorized silos of more of 1 mt lenght  applies precisely 3 lids in one shot .The denester can arrive to 120 ppm without problems.
The area based on an ABB flexpicker robot is  extremely compact can be loaded on a truck or a container and put in working in few hours and can be moved  on Vulkolan wheels .
