Il modulo SIS316 Bottles BM costituisce una versione modificata del modulo SIS316 standard. Il SIS316 Soft Drink forma la scatola americana, la riempe e la chiude in uno spazio molto contenuto (per maggiori informazioni https://siscodata-robotics.blogspot.it/2016/06/sis316-formacartoni-riempimento-e.html).

Optional:

• all'uscita, sul trasporto, può essere posizionata un'unità di controllo peso e un'etichettatrice;
• all'uscita delle scatole può essere connesso in linea un pallettizzatore automatico su pallet EURO (800x1200 mm) o CP (1000x1200 mm).

Un braccio automatizzato raccoglie tramite sistema vuoto/meccanico la matrice di bottiglie e procede con il riempimento della scatola.

Il modulo SIS316 Soft Drink utilizza materiale meccanico e pneumatico FESTO e PLC e display LCD SIEMENS.

The SIS316 Bottles BM module is a modified version of the standard SIS316 module. The SIS316 Soft Drink forms, fills and closes the American box in a very small space (for more information https://siscodata-robotics.blogspot.it/2016/06/sis316-formacartoni-riempimento-e.html).

Optional:

• at the exit point, on transport, it can be placed a weight-checker unit and a labeling machine;
• at the boxes exit, it can be connected in a line an automatic palletizer for EURO pallets (800x1200 mm) or CP (1000x1200 mm).

An automated arm picks by vacuum/mechanical system the matrix of bottles and fills up the box.

The SIS316 Soft Drink module uses FESTO mechanical and pneumatical components and SIEMENS PLC and LCD display.

  La nuova tecnologia sviluppata da SISCODATA per la sua nuova serie di macchine WP15 permette di avere cambi formati molto veloci  La serie WP15 è costituita da wraparound automatiche per il confezionamento di contenitori di plastica, metallo o vetro in scatole di cartone ondulato e/o vassoi espositori . I vassoi possono essere avere differenti formati , con bordi della medesima altezza o di altezze diverse.

I formati realizzabili variano in base alla forma, alla capacità ed alle dimensioni dei contenitori; in genere le configurazioni più richieste dal mercato sono: 2x3, 3x4 e 4x6. Oltre alle cartonatrici standard, la serie WP prevede anche un modello XS con Packer robot per display espositori , adatto a realizzare pacchi di matrici od orientazioni interne differenti dalla norma. La capacità del magazzino cartoni dei modelli WP può essere incrementata attraverso unità modulari di espansione. Inoltre, tutte le confezionatrici WP dispongono di un sistema elettronico di raggruppamento del prodotto e, a seconda delle esigenze del cliente, vengono fornite con nastro d’ingresso in linea o a 90°. Il cambio formato è veloce e semplice.

 

 

         The new technology developed by Siscodata for its new series of machines WP15 allows for format changes very fast WP15 The series consists of wraparound automatic packaging of plastic, metal and glass containers in corrugated cardboard boxes and / or trays exhibitors . The trays can have different formats, with walls having the same height or different heights.

 

       The formats vary according to shape, capacity and size of the containers; in general, the most requested collations are: 2x3, 3x4 and 4x6. In addition to the standard machines, the WP series includes a model with XS Packer robot to display exhibitors, suitable to produce packages of matrices or internal orientations different from the norm. The blank magazine capacity of all WP models can be increased through modular units of expansion.Moreover, all the packers WP have a system electronic grouping of the product and, depending on the needs of the customer, are supplied with the tape input in line or 90 °. Low bottle production line from 2000 up to 6000 bph can now be produced in a very short space 5 meter x 3 by the new SIS300 packer module

The line for a bottling range of 2000 up to 3600 bph it is able to handle and manage also the palletizing part  operated by the robot  recovering the time by the matrix compactor accumulation time.

The line can so produce Europallet of 1.4 mt height  and the robot is sharing is time between filling by P&P  the box and the palletizinfg of 2 or more boxes closed .

Siscodata new development of a small & compact area of 8 x 5,4 mt including everything :

 In a very short space of ( meter x 5.4 a full packaging &palletizing line is contained with big advantages for the company that does not have never enough space .Requested low ceiling as per pallet odf 2.4 mt only 3.5 mt roof is required.

The bags are running in accumulation after the cleaning from dust  and a dedicated double diverter creates the matrix (typically 3x4,2x 6 etc. ) that the robot P&P into the box .The compact module can work with bags or bottle ,drum,jerrycan,etc.
In case of bottle and additional optional device MIA (module for inserting nest) permit to complete the line also with automatic part before the sealer .
The bags in box can be inserted flat laying down or vertical like for a supermarket display.

ROBOTIC PACKER for detergent trigger & shampoo bottle -INSCATOLARE spruzzatori e shampoo dosi hotel

Siscodata ha recentemente ampliato la su gamma di contenitori gestibili con il suo packer RPM  aggiungendo ben 13 tipi di contenitori aggiungendo alle tradizionali jerry-can (tanichette vedi post precedente ) anche la possibilita' di gestire grazie ad un cambio pinza semplice e veloce anche:

•  bottigliette mondose di shampoo per hotel
• distributori con dosaggio lavamani per comunita' ,
• trigger spray vari ,
• distributori con pompa a pressione ,
• bottiglie shampo con hanger (appendino) per doccia.
