EMO FAIR in Milan robotic SISCODATA cell in COMAU booth- Fiera EMO 2015 Milano cella robotica RACER nello stand COMAU

Siscodata ha realizzato per lo stand di COMAU allo show EMO 2015 in Milano, una cella robotica che dimostrava la velocita 'e la precisione del nuovo robot da 3 Kg RACER a 6 assi di COMAU .

La cella dimostrava la manipolazione di cioccolatini  e la loro inserzione in sotto forma di barrette in scatolette open top.La stessa cella distribuiva cioccolatini ai visitatori su richiesta di un pulsante sul pannello LCD di controllo mentre un altro pulsante distribuiva gadget .

 La cella totalmente in acciaio INOX AISI e materiali plastici vuole essere un esempio di future celle dedicati al campo farmaceutico medicale e del food industry .

Il robot RACER 3 è al momento uno dei robot piu' veloci sul mercato e le sue prestazioni si avvicinano a quelle di un robot a cinematica Delta con in piu' il vantaggio di movimenti fluidi e "umani" di un 6 assi

Siscodata has made for booth COMAU at the show EMO 2015 in Milan ,a robotic cell that demonstrated the speed and the accuracy of the new robot RACER 3Kg with 6 axes.

The cell showed manipulation of chocolates and their insertion in the form of multiple bars in boxes open top.The same cell was distributing  chocolates to visitors at the request of a button on the LCD panel control while another button distributing gadgets.

The robot RACER 3 is currently one of the robots fastest on the market and its performance are similar to those of a kinematic Delta robot   in food and packaging applications but with   the advantage of fluid movements and "human"  properly of a 6-axis.

The cell entirely in stainless steel AISI and plastics wants to be an example of future cells dedicated to the pharmaceutical medical and food industry.

Siscodata partecipates at IPAK IMA 2015 FAIR at HALL 6 C15 at Milan May 19-23.Near EXPO 2015

Siscodata partecipates at IPAK IMA 2015  HALL 6  booth  C15 -D18 at Milan 19-23 may  .
We will present for our estimated customers some new applications in the field of robotics that it will be a pleasure to show if you will  pass to visit us .
New Comau  robot of small size and high speed RACER999 with 10 kg of wrist payload and very fast movements will be shown in an area demo dedicated to the food industry together with  the grasping and picking capability .
A new family of humanoid mobile robot with 2 arms are coming out from the cooperation between COMAU and Siscodata based on RACER and YW yellow turtle shuttle (see post on this blog).

The fair will be in connection with the international EXPO 2015  focused on FOOD a good occasion for our international customer to came in Milan and see robotic applied to food industry

                Tra le altre cose verra' mostrato il nuovo robot Comau di    piccole dimensioni RACER999 ad alta velocità con 10 kg di carico utile di polso e movimenti molto veloci .Una demo area dedicata al settore alimentare dove verra' mostrata la capacita' di picking e di deposito dei nuovi gripper Siscodata.

Una nuova famiglia di robot umanoidi mobile con 2 braccia sono in corso di sviluppo  dalla collaborazione tra COMAU e Siscodata basate sulla linea RACER + la linea di navette YW

  La nuova tecnologia sviluppata da SISCODATA per la sua nuova serie di macchine WP15 permette di avere cambi formati molto veloci  La serie WP15 è costituita da wraparound automatiche per il confezionamento di contenitori di plastica, metallo o vetro in scatole di cartone ondulato e/o vassoi espositori . I vassoi possono essere avere differenti formati , con bordi della medesima altezza o di altezze diverse.

I formati realizzabili variano in base alla forma, alla capacità ed alle dimensioni dei contenitori; in genere le configurazioni più richieste dal mercato sono: 2x3, 3x4 e 4x6. Oltre alle cartonatrici standard, la serie WP prevede anche un modello XS con Packer robot per display espositori , adatto a realizzare pacchi di matrici od orientazioni interne differenti dalla norma. La capacità del magazzino cartoni dei modelli WP può essere incrementata attraverso unità modulari di espansione. Inoltre, tutte le confezionatrici WP dispongono di un sistema elettronico di raggruppamento del prodotto e, a seconda delle esigenze del cliente, vengono fornite con nastro d’ingresso in linea o a 90°. Il cambio formato è veloce e semplice.

 

 

         The new technology developed by Siscodata for its new series of machines WP15 allows for format changes very fast WP15 The series consists of wraparound automatic packaging of plastic, metal and glass containers in corrugated cardboard boxes and / or trays exhibitors . The trays can have different formats, with walls having the same height or different heights.

 

       The formats vary according to shape, capacity and size of the containers; in general, the most requested collations are: 2x3, 3x4 and 4x6. In addition to the standard machines, the WP series includes a model with XS Packer robot to display exhibitors, suitable to produce packages of matrices or internal orientations different from the norm. The blank magazine capacity of all WP models can be increased through modular units of expansion.Moreover, all the packers WP have a system electronic grouping of the product and, depending on the needs of the customer, are supplied with the tape input in line or 90 °. The format change is quick and simple.

...ebbene Siscodata sta sviluppando un nuovo principio fisico di funzionamento di una pinza robotica di pick & place di materiali aderenti o anche molli come :

• marmellate
• grasso
• mayonnese
• frutta caramellata
• gelatine
• olio
• sughi
• salse dense
• creme
• fette di salame
• fette di prosciutto
• fette di carne 
• nidi di pasta fresca
• canelloni

​il sistema preleva e rilascia in tempi brevi praticamente senza lasciare traccia (vedi allegato clip video) ​.

​La pinza è creata in modo da avere una pa​rte

 cambiabile monouso ,facilmente sostituibile dopo qualche migliaio di P&P a costi irrisori o lavabile ​con

​ uso alimentare.
La parte in metallo è in acciaio INOX mentre le altre parti sono in plastica non tossica.​

La parte meccanica del dispositivo à costituita da un motore elettrico che trasforma un azionamento a vite e tramite esso si estende o si ritrae la spatola metallica.
Avvolto intorno alla spatola vi  un nastro trasportatore fissato all'estremitа superiore
ed arrotolato a tamburo (con un tenditore a molla) in corrispondenza dell'estremitа inferiore.
Mentre la spatola si estende, il nastro deve scorrere attorno al bordo in movimento verso l'alto,
raccogliendo la sostanza vischiosa (goop) nel processo. Il materiale non viene spinto via dalla spatola
perchè la cinghia deve muoversi al doppio della sua velocitа, quindi in realtа viene a contatto con una
superficie che si ritira. Il contrario avviene quando la sostanza (goop) è depositata.

Well ... Siscodata is developing a new physical principle of operation of a robotic gripper to pick & place for sticky ,chewie  or even soft materials such as:

The clamp is designed so as to have a part easily
replaceable (low cost monouse that can be used for thousand of time) or washable
for food handling .
The gripper  metal part is stainless steel while the other parts are non-toxic plastic.
