NEW PACKAGING MACHINE FOR HEAVY PRODUCTS - Nuova serie di imballatrici SISCO per cartoni piani FEFCO 0443

 Oltre alla linea completa di cui al post precedente ,è stata sviluppata da Siscodata anche un imballatrice sempre per prodotti pesanti (motori elettrici ) che necessitano di un imballo ecologico e sicuro.Imballo quindi che deve essere estremamente robusto ; per questi prodotti è stata sviluppata un ulteriore versione senza parti in plastica come film o nastri adesivi ,sviluppando un derivato del modello di cartone FEFCO 0443 ,in modo da avere un imballo ecologico e riciclabile.

In questo caso la nuova linea di imballo (upgrade di una precedente di un noto produttore di motori elettrici con peso fino a 35 kg) che utilizza 2 robot con bracci lunghi ed ampia portata  di payload .

 In addition to the complete line mentioned in the previous post, Siscodata has also developed a packaging machine for heavy products (electric motors) that require an ecological and safe packaging. For these products has been developed a further version without plastic parts such as film or adhesive tape, developing a derivative of the cardboard model FEFCO 0443, in order to have a packaging environmentally friendly and recyclable. In this case, the new packaging line (upgrade of a previous one of a well-known manufacturer of electric motors weighing up to 35 kg) using 2 robots with long arms and wide payload capacity.

EMO FAIR in Milan robotic SISCODATA cell in COMAU booth- Fiera EMO 2015 Milano cella robotica RACER nello stand COMAU

Siscodata ha realizzato per lo stand di COMAU allo show EMO 2015 in Milano, una cella robotica che dimostrava la velocita 'e la precisione del nuovo robot da 3 Kg RACER a 6 assi di COMAU .

La cella dimostrava la manipolazione di cioccolatini  e la loro inserzione in sotto forma di barrette in scatolette open top.La stessa cella distribuiva cioccolatini ai visitatori su richiesta di un pulsante sul pannello LCD di controllo mentre un altro pulsante distribuiva gadget .

 La cella totalmente in acciaio INOX AISI e materiali plastici vuole essere un esempio di future celle dedicati al campo farmaceutico medicale e del food industry .

Il robot RACER 3 è al momento uno dei robot piu' veloci sul mercato e le sue prestazioni si avvicinano a quelle di un robot a cinematica Delta con in piu' il vantaggio di movimenti fluidi e "umani" di un 6 assi

Siscodata has made for booth COMAU at the show EMO 2015 in Milan ,a robotic cell that demonstrated the speed and the accuracy of the new robot RACER 3Kg with 6 axes.

The cell showed manipulation of chocolates and their insertion in the form of multiple bars in boxes open top.The same cell was distributing  chocolates to visitors at the request of a button on the LCD panel control while another button distributing gadgets.

The robot RACER 3 is currently one of the robots fastest on the market and its performance are similar to those of a kinematic Delta robot   in food and packaging applications but with   the advantage of fluid movements and "human"  properly of a 6-axis.

The cell entirely in stainless steel AISI and plastics wants to be an example of future cells dedicated to the pharmaceutical medical and food industry.

WP15 WRAPAROUND NEW MACHINE with ROBOTIC Special version

Siscodata ha realizzato per un cliente svedese una nuova versione di packer robotizzato nella versione XS 

La serie WP15 è costituita da macchine automatiche per il confezionamento di contenitori di plastica, metallo o vetro in scatole di cartone ondulato e/o vassoi senza film. I vassoi possono essere ottagonali o rettangolari, con bordi della medesima altezza o di altezze diverse.

         Le cartonatrici della serie WP raggiungono velocità fino a 60 pacchi per minuto in ingresso, in funzione del modello scelto e del tipo di prodotto.
I formati realizzabili variano in base alla forma, alla capacità ed alle dimensioni dei contenitori; in genere le configurazioni più richieste dal mercato sono: 2x3, 3x4 e 4x6. Oltre alle cartonatrici standard, la serie WP prevede anche un modello XS con Packer robot per display espositori , adatto a realizzare pacchi di matrici od orientazioni interne differenti dalla norma. La capacità del magazzino cartoni dei modelli WP può essere incrementata attraverso unità modulari di espansione. Inoltre, tutte le confezionatrici WP dispongono di un sistema elettronico di raggruppamento del prodotto e, a seconda delle esigenze del cliente, vengono fornite con nastro d’ingresso in linea o a 90°. Il cambio formato è veloce e semplice.

  

 

                   

          Siscodata has made for a Swedish customer a new version of packer robotic version XS.

The WP series is composed of automatic machines for packaging containers of plastic, metal or glass in corrugated cardboard boxes and / or trays without film. Trays can be octagonal or rectangular, with walls having the same height or different heights.


The wraparound  Series WP reach speeds up to 60 packs per minute infeed, depending on the model chosen and the type of product.


The formats vary according to shape, capacity and size of the containers; in general, the most requested collations are: 2x3, 3x4 and 4x6. In addition to the standard machines, the WP series includes a model with XS Packer robot to display exhibitors, suitable to produce packages of matrices or internal orientations different from the norm. The blank magazine capacity of all WP models can be increased through modular units of expansion.

Moreover, all the packers WP have a system electronic grouping of the product and, depending on the needs of the customer, are supplied with the tape input in line or 90 °. The format change is quick and simple.
