Innovation palletizer of textile rolls with robot running on slide +AGV .Innovativo palletizzzatore di rotoli di tessuto con robot mobile su slitta


Siscodata ha realizzato a Los Angeles un innovativo impianto di palletizzazione basato su robot COMAU PAL da 260 kg e 3 metri di braccio.Il robot è dotato di robusta pinza in acciaio INOX in grado di sollevare e posizionare con delicatezza rotoli di piu di 2000 mm di lunghezza e 70 kg.
I pallet in plastica rinforzata con barre di ferro sono fuori standard europeo da 1400 x 1400 mm.







L' area robot risulta collegata da un unita' di singolarizzazione alla macchina di imballo ed i rotoli in arrivo mischiati come colore ed SKU vengono identificati in ingresso da un sistema ID di scanner laser che creano il link alla posizione pallet.


Nella successiva stazione il robot montato su una slitta motorizzata che è configurata come suo asse aggiunto garantendo così un alta velocità e brusche accelerazioni.

Una volta che i pallet di tipo "cross" sono completati vengono scaricati ed inviati con AGC (automatic Guided Cart) alle docking areas di spedizione.
Nella impianto sono gestite 8 aree di palletizzazione per altrettanti SKU tramite 2 AGV.

L'area puo' essere facilmate trasformata per gestire 8 differenti SKU e pallet mono prodotto di scatole o bundles. 
  

Siscodata realized recently  in Los Angeles an innovative system based on palletizing robot COMAU PAL 260 kg with 3 meters arm.Thel robot is equipped with  a robust stainless steel gripper tool that can lift and place gently rolls of more than 2000 mm length and 70 kg weight.

The plastic pallets are reinforced with iron bars inside and have a non European standard of 1400 x 1400 mm. 

The robot area  is connected by a joined singulation unit  to the packaging film wrapper machine.
Rolls incoming are mixed as color and SKU and  are identified in an automatic  input station  by a system ID of laser scanners that reads under the polyethylene film to create the link to the pallet location.




In the following station the robot mounted on a brushless motorized slide that is configured as its axis so ensuring  an high speed and sudden acceleration.


Once the pallet of "cross type" for higher stability are completed the  are downloaded and sent with AGC (Automatic Guided Cart) to the docking areas for shipping.

In the facility are managed 8 areas of palletizing for as many SKU by 2 AGVs.

ORDER PICKING AUTOMATED BY ROBOT

Siscodata s.r.l Italy  has developed in cooperation with Neobotix GmbH a mobile robot that can run from station to station with an approximation of +/- 2 cm (1 inch) and adjust later by vision system the picking position .
Typical application  are order picking along the warehouse aisle .The system receive the list of  order picking
and moves along the warehouse aisle stopping in front of the rack cell where the items have to be picked .
The precision is as said +/- 2 cm thanks to the LIDAR navigationals system that follow the road confrontating the memory map with the scanned location (wall + mark reflector).A vision 2D/3D system is correcting the picking guiding the omni-gripper system to picking the number of items programmed in the order  and depositing the in the special basket trolley moving together to the main unit along the aisle.
The standard robot arm has 6 axis with a payload of 3-4 kg  while may be increased up to 16 kg with special systems.The unit has on board the computer and the driver unit powered by the platform base battery.
