Siscodata has delivered and run a new line for forming trays with hot melt glue + creating an internal holder of the pieces into an array and insert checking the correct refill at 30 ppm.
The line start with a carton tray forming picking from an alternating silos.The tray shape is designed to be easily changed an hot melt provide the glue from a fusor .A special system permits to separate well the single carton sheet.
A second station creates the die cut holder inside the main carton tray.The holder will maintain in position the pieces during the shipment.
