Die-cutter platina load-unload by robot automation -Carico -scarico fustellatrice automatico con robot

Nuova applicazione di SISCODATA nel campo carto-tecnico per il carico con prelievo da pallet di una fustellatrice Rabolini rendendola completamente automatica e sicura .
I pezzi sono caricati da un pallet inseriti in registro nella fustellatrice e poi scaricati impilandoli sul pallet in uscita alla velocita' incluso tempo fustellatrice di 9 secondi .
Il sistema puo' così rendere automatiche anche macchine vecchie attualmente servite da operatori ,dato il vaso parco macchine esistente l'applicazione puo' divenire molto vantaggiosa per utenti interessati.

New application of SISCODATA in the paper converting field for the loading and picking from pallets of a Rabolini die-cutting machine making it completely automatic and safe.

The pieces are loaded from a pallet entered in register in the die-cutting machine and then unloaded by stacking them on the outgoing pallet at a speed including die-cutting time of 9 seconds.The operator has only to take out the completed pallet and insert a new full one.
Frontal accumulation can further reduce this man power time.


The system can thus make even old machines currently served by operators automatic, given the existing fleet of machines the application can become very advantageous for interested users.
