Siscodata
presenta il nuovo AGV AGILE 1500 prodotto da Comau integrandolo nei propri sistemi. L'Agile
1500 è una macchina
seria, robusta ed industriale
ed è stata ingegnerizzata in modo ottimo per quanto riguarda le
batterie ed i carichi: funziona per 8
ore effettive a pieno carico
e ha una portata
di 1500 kg.
Il suo software sofisticato permette una gestione centralizzata di
un'intera flotta di AGV dal monitor di un comune PC. In particolare:
è possibile gestire il trasporto degli ordini, allocare veicoli e
selezionare i tragitti migliori per i differenti trasporti,
controllare il flusso nel traffico del sistema degli AGV, effettuare
simulazione con gli AGV.
L'Agile
può spostarsi in corridoi
molto stretti ed, essendo un veicolo "autonomo" assicura
l'ottimizzazione dei flussi, migliorie in termini di sicurezza e
gestione del magazzino.
Tra le sue principali funzionalità
troviamo:
la ricerca della sua posizione nella
fase iniziale;
un continuo aggiornamento della sua
posizione attraverso il tracking nel movimento del veicolo, il
calcolo della posizione e il suo adattamento al sistema produttivo.
Al momento il sistema
AGILE 1500 di Comau è unico e gestisce diverse funzionalità
operandi.
AGV
con Guida laser e Guida magnetica:
Guida
laser: il modello LIDAR ha in più, rispetto alla versione con
guida magnetica, il software di gestione (la cui precisione è di
circa +/-10 mm). Il sensore a raggio laser è in grado di
riconoscere i punti di riferimento come muri e altre superfici.
Tale modello costituisce una scelta versatile per lo spostamento in
diversi ambienti e l'aggiornamento costante nella posizione del
veicolo si basa sull'odometria (dati provenienti dall'encoder) che
registra i movimenti del veicolo. La posizione si aggiorna usando
le misure di muri e oggetti e la navigazione è sempre attiva.
Guida
magnetica: l'AGV si muove utilizzando una banda magnetica applicata
sul pavimento. Vengono utilizzate placche di identificazione della
distanza lungo il nastro per aggiornare la posizione dell'AGV. Il
sistema magnetico ha in sé anche il LIDAR in quanto il laser
rimane come dispositivo anticollisione e sicurezza. Tale sistema è
generalmente utilizzato per le isole di pallet, corridoi e
spostamenti a cavallo di AGV.
Movimentazione
di pallet da terra a terra e da rulliera a terra (pallet mm
1200x800): per come è stato progettato l'AGV (si tratta di una
navetta e non di un muletto modificato)non
è prevista la gestione di pallet da terra con forche,
ma
solo da rulliere. La navetta può inserirsi sotto ed agganciare come
traino il pallet/rack o struttura armadio da movimentare. La
dimensione del pallet non è un problema, ma quello che è
importante è che il peso non superi i 1500 kg e che il pallet sia
stabile. Il tipo di personalizzazione montato sulla base del
dispositivo ed asservito è quello che fa la differenza in termini
di funzionalità in quanto è stato studiato per impieghi pesanti
nell'automotive (si tratta di una macchina solida e flessibile).

bordo un robot a 6 assi per il picking in corridoi magazzino.

Siscodata presents the new Comau AGV AGILE 1500 integrating it in its systems. The Agile 1500 is a serious, robust and
industrial machine and it has been engineered in great way with
regard to batteries and loads: it works
for 8 hours
at full load and has a capacity
of 1500 kg.
Its sophisticated software enables a centralized management of an
entire fleet of AGV from a common PC monitor. In particular: it is
possible manage transport orders, allocate vehicles and choose the
best routes for the different transport, control the traffic flow
into the AGV system, perform simulation with the AGVs.
The
Agile can move in a very narrow corridors and, being an "autonomous"
vehicle, ensures the optimization of flows, improvements in terms of
safety and warehouse management.
Among
its main features it includes:
the
search of its place in the initial stage;
a
continuous updating of its position through the movement tracking of
the vehicle, the calculation of its position and its adaptation to
the production system.
At
the moment, the system AGILE 1500 Comau is unique and operates
through several functionality ways.
AGV
with laser and magnetic guide:
Laser
Guide: LIDAR model has, compared to the version with magnetic
guide, the management software (whose accuracy is approximately +/-
10 mm). The laser range sensor is able to recognize the landmarks
such as walls and other surfaces. This model constitutes a
versatile choice for moving in different environments and the
constant position updating of the vehicle is based on odometry
(encoder data) that keeps the tracking of the vehicle movements.
The position is updated using measurements of walls and objects and
navigation is always on.
Magnetic
Guide: the AGV moves using a magnetic strip applied on the floor.
Identification plates are used to update the distance along the
tape of the AGV. The magnetic system has also the LIDAR as the
laser remains as collision and safety device. This system is
generally used for pallet aisles, corridors and for piggy-back
AGVs.
Pallets
handling from floor to floor and from roller conveyor to floor
(pallet of 1200x800 mm): as the AGV has been designed (this is a
shuttle and not a modified forklift) it is not foreseen the pallet
management from floor through forks but only from rollers. The
shuttle can go under the pallet/rack or cabinet structure and hook
as tow to move them. The pallet size is not a problem: what is
important is that the weight does not exceed 1500 kg and the pallet
is stable. The type of customization mounted on the base of the
device and enslaved is what makes the difference in terms of
functionality as it has been designed for heavy duty applications in
the automotive industry (it is a solid and flexible machine).
Soon
to be released the same AGV carrying a 6-axis robot for picking in
warehouse corridors.

this year will cooperate with SIAT S.p.A. (Group M.J. Maillis) into
Interpack 2017 fair, the world’s leading trade fair that takes
place in Düsseldorf.
Siscodata
here presents a new product SIS316 robotic packaging module filler
developed in collaboration with SIAT S.p.A.
The
unit fill up the empty space in the Maillis SIAT range of machines
between the new carton erector and the top sealer. After have been
formed, the box arrives to Siscodata filler module in which the Comau
Racer 7 starts the filling with 2 layer of "brutti & buoni"
("ugly and good") special biscuits pack. Once the box is
completely filled, then it goes to the SIAT sealer machine.
The
SIS316 filler module can handle different type of materials at a
speed up to 85 ppm depending on matrix/array size depositing also
layer over layer with paper-carton separator interlayer. In the show
the application will run with a 6 axis Comau Racer but could be
realized also with the new scara Comau Rebel.
Special
attention has been put in reducing the footprint of the whole system
(carton former + filler + sealer) that is about 5mt x 2.5 mt.
The
robot lifting payload is, in this case, 7 kg max. but Comau has a
wide range of lifting payload robots (i.e. 3 kg to 40 kg and more)
that allow to handle products of different weight. In addition, the
robots can have different gripper system such as with vacuum or with
mechanical fin fish fingers. Special attention has been put in the
development of food product handling system from salami slice to
pasta and bakery.
Of
course, after the sealing, the closed box can be palletizing with
robot.

UNA
NUOVA TECNOLOGIA COLLABORATIVA PER I ROBOT INDUSTRIALI. Comau
AURA (Advance Use Robotic Arm). Robot collaborativo con "pelle
sensibile".
La
nuova famiglia di robot AURA consiste in robot ricoperti da una
speciale pelle protettiva sotto la quale coesistono sensori di forza,
percettivi e di torsione che costituiscono una sorta di “muscoli
meccanici”. AURA costituisce il risultato dell'osservazione del
comportamento umano di interazione fisica applicata ai robot. Nella
sua configurazione collaborativa il robot è in grado di percepire
la vicinanza di una persona o di altri dispositivi automatici e
di entrare in contatto con loro. Inoltre l’integrazione di un
sistema di visione e di laser scanner consente al robot di “vedere”
il movimento di tali soggetti. In aggiunta, le aree sensibili
localizzate sotto la pelle protettiva sono sensibili al tocco e
consentono di cambiare la direzione di movimento del robot o di
guidarlo manualmente. La caratteristica principale di AURA risiede
nel fatto che la robotica collaborativa è stata applicata anche a
robot "tradizionali" con elevato payload (fino a 110 kg) e,
quindi, potrà essere utilizzato in attività pesanti: il
tutto dipenderà dalla configurazione richiesta e dal grado di
cooperazione che sarà necessario attivare. Fondamentale è che ogni
operazione potrà essere svolta senza l'ausilio di barriere
protettive, riducendo così i costi. L'abilità del robot di
interagire in tempo reale con quanto lo circonda riduce quasi a zero
le interruzioni di lavoro. Per ricapitolare, AURA si configura come
un compromesso in termini di design e struttura di cose passate e le
sostituisce portando una serie di vantaggi:

NEW COLLABORATIVE TECHNOLOGY FOR INDUSTRIAL I ROBOTS. Comau
AURA (Advance Use Robotic Arm). Collaborative robot with "sensible skin".
The
new AURA family robots consists in robot covered by special
protective skin under which strength, perceptive and torsion sensors
coexist and create “mechanical muscles”. In its collaborative
configuration the robot is able to perceive the proximity of men
and automation devices and enter in contact with them. Moreover, the
integration of vision system and laser scanner allows the robot to
“see” the movement of these subject. In addition of it, the
sensitive areas located under the skin are touch sensible and
allow to change the robot movement direction or to guide it manually.
The main AURA characteristic is that collaborative robotics has
been applied on "traditional" robot with high payload (up
to 110 kg), so this robot will be use also in heavy activities:
all will depends on the configuration requested and the cooperation
that must be activated. Very important is that every operation can be
done without protective barriers and this means a reduction of costs.
The robot ability to interact in real time to what is around reduces
almost to zero the working interruptions.

which the COMAU Racer manages, through different physical gripper
principles, different bakery products such as breadsticks, bread,
croissant, donuts, flatbreads, tarts with marmalade and cream,
vol-au-vent,
snacks in flowpack packages, etc...
The
exploited principles are also adequate for higher productivity lines
and the solutions shown are also available with other robots and
higher speeds.
Siscodata
will show how special grippers are able to pick the different
delicate and fragile products with high precision and to repose them
in a specific point after the picking without
damaging seeds or creamy and marmalade topping.
Think,
for example, to a donut with an hole in the middle that cannot be
lifted by vacuum cups; the sugar, the crème, the seeds, the
hazelnuts or chocolate grains that create the topping of cakes,
cookies or breadsticks that can be aspirated inside the pump system
with damage...

In the Croatian Exhibition Siscodata has presented a new BAKERY ROBOTICS CELL in which the Comau Racer is able to handles, through different
physical gripper principles, different bakery products such as breadsticks, bread, croissant, donuts, flatbreads, tarts with marmelade and cream, vol au vent, snacks in flowpack packages, etc. The principles shown are also adequate for higher productivity lines. Moreover, the solutions shown are also available with ABB robot (like Flexpicker).
Siscodata positioned, in the cell, a simulating oven plate coming from the cooking. This Teflonated plate is also useful to show the precision of products repositioning after the picking. Not only it is shown the picking of different kind of products (both for dimensions and materials), but also the activity of placing delicate and fragile products without damaging seeds or creamy and marmalade topping.
Different products are located on the plate in different fixed positions. The robot uses
different tools for different type of products as demo of
different physical principles. For example a donut (that have a
hole in the middle) cannot be lifted by a vacuum. Moreover, the
sugar or the sesame seeds of cakes, cookies or breadsticks can
be aspirated inside the pump system with damage... so it is not possible to use vacuum gripper. In this case it is used a particular fin fish gripper or other gripper specific for creamy and marmalade cover pastry: so, the
tools are all differents.
The robotic cell demonstrates 3
different kinds of tool in action and, to do this, the robot shows the bakery products handling by changing the gripper automatically depending on the product to pick.

Siscodata ha, in questa occasione, presentato una nuova cella robotizzata dedicata a prodotti per la panificazione e la pasticceria nella quale il Racer di Comau è in grado di movimentare, attraverso principi fisici di
presa diversi, prodotti da forno completamente differenti tra loro, come grissini, pane,
croissant, ciambelle, focacce, crostate con marmellata e crema, vol au
vent, spuntini in confezioni flowpack, ecc.. I principi mostrati sono utilizzabili anche su linee produttive ad alta intensità. Inoltre, le soluzioni indicate sono disponibili anche con robot ABB (es. Flexpicker).
La piastra teflonata, posizionata da Siscodata all'interno della cella, simula l'arrivo della stessa piastra dalla zona cottura alla zona di presa ed è anche utile per mostrare la precisione del robot nel riposizionare i prodotti sulla teglia dopo la presa. Non solo viene mostrata la presa di prodotti diversi (per forma e materiale), ma anche il riposizionamento di prodotti fragili e delicati senza che abbiano segni di danneggiamento (anche sulle superfici ricoperte da crema o marmellata).
I diversi prodotti si trovano sulla teglia in diverse posizioni fisse. Il robot utilizza pinze diverse a seconda della tipologia di prodotto da prendere come dimostrazione dei diversi principi fisici utilizzati. Ad esempio una ciambella (che ha un foro al centro) non può essere sollevata tramite ventosa. Inoltre, lo
zucchero o i semi di sesamo di torte, biscotti o grissini possono essere
aspirati all'interno del sistema di pompa generando danni... quindi non è
possibile utilizzare una pinza con vuoto. In questo caso viene utilizzata una particolare pinza con dita molto flessibili o pinze specifiche per superfici coperte da marmellata o crema: gli strumenti di presa sono, perciò, tutti differenti.
La cella robot mostra 3 diversi tipi di strumenti in azione ed il robot, per movimentare i diversi prodotti utilizza un sistema di cambio pinza automatico.
