 Siscodata has delivered and run a new line for forming trays with hot melt glue + creating an internal holder of the pieces into an array and insert checking the correct refill at 30 ppm.

The line start with a carton tray forming picking from an alternating silos.The tray shape is designed to be easily changed an hot melt provide the glue from a fusor .A special system permits to separate well the single carton sheet.

A second station creates the die cut holder inside the main carton tray.The holder will maintain in position the pieces during the shipment.

COVID-19 we are producing robotic lines for MASK .Linea per produzione mascherine automatica

 Nel periodo di crisi sanitaria attuale Siscodata ha  studiato moduli robot per  la produzione di mascherine di tipo chirurgico  in collaborazione per la parte iniziale con un  partner italiano attivo nel campo del tessuto non tessuto ,proseguendo poi nella applicazione del suo tradizionale know how nel campo del packaging .
La linea così creata puo' essere composta con i moduli per creare e  gestire in modo automatico tramite robot  le mascherine nella parte successiva alla formazione  continuando con il loro imballo singolo  in busta sigillata insieme al foglio di istruzioni e successivamente al conteggio delle mascherine ,alla formazione delle scatole da foglio piano e loro riempimento e chiusura .

Sono previsti un modulo per la produzione fino a 6000 maschere  per ora con doppia uscita .Le mascherine in uscita possono in un caso  venir controllate dall'operatore e caricate  poi in pile su delle cartucce che funzionano da buffer temporaneo (vedi foto a lato) .Le cartucce ,ognuna in grado di contenere alcune  centinaia di maschere, possono poi essere trasportate tramite AGV Agile COMAU ed  inviate ai moduli di carico. Qui tramite un robot antropomorfo e pinza multipla le maschere sono caricate in sincronia sul  trasporto di ingresso di una flowpack  dove nella stazione precedente un distributore aveva inserito un foglietto istruzioni La linea continua con la formatura della scatola 0406 FEFCO il suo  riempimento e chiusura.More info at  info@siscodata.com

 During the current health crisis Siscodata has studied robot modules for the production of surgical masks in collaboration with an Italian partner active in the field of nonwovens, continuing its innovative  application of  his  traditional know how in the field of packaging.

The line created in this way can be composed by combining  the modules in order to create and manage automatically by robot the surgical masks in the part following the manufacturing process  with  the  single mask packaging into a sealed bag together with the instruction leaflet and then the counting of the masks, the formation of the flat sheet boxes and their filling and closing.

 There is a module for the production of up to 6000 masks per hour with double output .The output masks can in one case be controlled by the operator and then loaded in stacks on cartridges that act as a temporary buffer (see photo on the side) .The cartridges, each capable of containing several hundred masks, can then be transported via AGV Agile COMAU and sent to the loading modules. Siscodata, dopo un anno di studi e prototipi, ha realizzato per un suo cliente un impianto basato su 6 robot Comau che lavorano ad alta velocità in modo collaborativo.

L'impianto è in grado di ricevere buste con bocchettoni di tipo BIB (bag in box) in coppia affiancate (nel caso di 1 metro x 1 metro) oppure singoli (se di 2 metri x 2 metri) in arrivo su un nastro dalla macchina di produzione e di effettuare 2 pieghe trasversali successive seguite da 3 pieghe a 90° con relativo inserimento in scatola Americana e nastratura.

After a year of studies and prototypes, Siscodata has created for a customer a system based on 6 Comau robots that works at high speed in a collaborative way. The plant is able to receive bags with filler neck like BIB (Bag In Box) in pair, side by side (in the case of 1 mt x 1 mt), or single (if 2 mt x 2 mt), arriving on a conveyor from the production machine and to make 2 successive transversal folds followed by 3 folds at 90° with relative insertion in American carton box and taping.
