TRAY ERECTOR ROBOTIC CARTONER FOR ARRAY OF SMALL PIECES - Formatrice vassoi e cartonatrice robot

 Siscodata has delivered and run a new line for forming trays with hot melt glue + creating an internal holder of the pieces into an array and insert checking the correct refill at 30 ppm.

The line start with a carton tray forming picking from an alternating silos.The tray shape is designed to be easily changed an hot melt provide the glue from a fusor .A special system permits to separate well the single carton sheet.

A second station creates the die cut holder inside the main carton tray.The holder will maintain in position the pieces during the shipment.

L'impianto di formatura e riempimento di espositori box pallet e vassoi può essere ampliato introducendo un sistema automatico per l'avvolgimento di un cartone protettivo intorno ai vassoi impilati usciti dall'area di impilamento (completi di minipallet di legno) in modo da rendere ancora più stabile la struttura creata.

Per rendere ancora più completo l'intera linea si potrà inserire una tavola rotante per l'avvolgimento di stretch film intorno all'Euro pallet formato.

The box pallet and tray display forming and filling plant can be extended introducing an automatic system for winding, troughout a protective cardboard, the stacked trays (completed by wooden minipallet) in order to make more stable the structure created. To further complete the entire line it is possibile to enter a rotary table for the stretch film wrapping around the Euro pallet formed.

NEW ROBOTIC AUTOMATION for retails espositor display in the supermarkets.Formatore di vassoi ed espositori tramite robot in modo flessibile ed efficiente .

Siscodata has realized a new robotic system to erect in a very flexible way, tray and plateau , by mean of a robotic arm picking the flat carton of the tray and using hot melt glue proceed to erect different shapes and sizes picking from different silos.

 The robot can pick the flat carton searching the top of of the silos ,move later in front of the hot melt gun noozles where spray on the right requested positions and subsequently fold the carton in the special stamp while the gripper with a special tool applies a second frontal folding.
The tray erected in this sequence it is send to the special TWIN filling robotic module.
The system results extremely flexible and can in a second step provide with 2 antropomorphus robots to refill the trays or the large expositors .
The system has an extremely high flexibility 
thanks to the large number of tool grippers developed and it is able to set-up himself due to the possibility to change automatically the gripper based on SKU ITEM selected .

It  can so  handle easily pick of different shape products by changing automatically from the parking station the right gripper for that product .

       Siscodata ha realizzato un nuovo sistema robotico per formare un vassoio /plateau in modo molto flessibile per mezzo di un braccio robotico raccogliendo il cartone piatto del vassoio da un silos  e tramite colla hot melt procedere ad erigere gli stessi  con diverse forme e dimensioni diverse da raccolta silos.

 Il robot preleva  il cartone piatto dopo una ricerca con un laser per individuare il livello nel silos, quindi sposta lo stesso di fronte agli ugelli  spray della colla   e successivamente piega il cartone in uno stampo  speciale, alla fine la pinza con un attrezzo dedicato puo' effettuare  una serie di pieghe addizionali sul  cartone del vassio.

Il vassoio o il display così formato viene poi avviato al modulo successivo di riempimento automati.
