Siscodata, dopo un anno di studi e prototipi, ha realizzato per un suo cliente un impianto basato su 6 robot Comau che lavorano ad alta velocità in modo collaborativo.
L'impianto è in grado di ricevere buste con bocchettoni di tipo BIB (bag in box) in coppia affiancate (nel caso di 1 metro x 1 metro) oppure singoli (se di 2 metri x 2 metri) in arrivo su un nastro dalla macchina di produzione e di effettuare 2 pieghe trasversali successive seguite da 3 pieghe a 90° con relativo inserimento in scatola Americana e nastratura.

After

collaborative way. The plant is able to receive bags with filler neck like BIB (Bag In Box) in pair, side by side (in the
case of 1 mt x 1 mt), or single (if 2 mt x 2
mt), arriving on a conveyor from the production machine and to make 2 successive transversal folds followed by 3 folds at 90° with relative insertion in American carton box and taping.
